•  If the packaging box of the product you received is damaged, please open the box with the courier for inspection;
•  If the product packaging box is intact, it can be directly signed for and opened for inspection by the installation technician during on-site installation;
•  When you need it, open the box and inspect the goods yourself; Regardless of the inspection method, if any logistics damage or quality issues are found, please contact Fangtai in a timely manner and we will solve them for you as soon as possible until you are satisfied.
How soon can we arrange for shipment after purchasing the product? How late can we arrange shipment?
In general, you can arrange shipment the day after your purchase. Please contact the salesperson one day in advance before shipping. If there is a need to arrange an extension of time for shipment due to the progress of home decoration, the specific extension time can be communicated with sales personnel. We suggest that you extend the time not too long to avoid inconvenience caused by insufficient inventory or product delisting.
How is the logistics arranged after purchasing the product, and are there any charges?
Provide free door-to-door delivery service. Logistics personnel will contact you in advance before delivery and select a convenient time slot for delivery. Please confirm the delivery address to avoid no one signing for it.
